British Airways SpeedBird Club streamlines the workflow between BA and travel agencies in Europe, Latin America and Asia-Pacific regions. We have been given a task to improve the website's effectiveness for the users, and updated it to the new British Airways web design guidelines.
After careful examination of website usage we have come up with improvements to information finding and delivery patterns, which included implementation of instant search, and introduction of FAQ solution. The website is being carefully kept up-to-date by 70 website administrators and used by more than 100 000 users. The website is hosted by Vide Infra managed hosting in USA.
