The leading airline approached us with a request to help raise partner awareness about the company’s products. After conducting some research into the matter, we suggested developing an incentive program and a game-like online learning tool. The incentive and the “gaming” aspects of the website were intended to compensate for the perceived complexity and tediousness of the learning process. The concept was designed to attract the users’ attention and the resulting solution involved: a custom-made course, bonus-management system, appealing graphics and an intuitive, user-friendly interface. By adopting a thinking approach to business problem definition and tapping into Vide Infra’s vast industry expertise, we were able to create a fresh and attractive solution for a task that could have easily been implemented in a conventional way with significantly less impact on users.
