Primary responsibilities are:

We are looking for a passionate HTML/JS Coder who understands the designers from the first word and who can lay out sophisticated dynamic websites in a few hours. You should have experience developing for all major web-browsers, care about usability, and speak the "designer" language. You should be a savvy technician focused to finding ways to design implementation. You should be able to lay out and code JS for solutions like the HiTask.

We are looking for following qualities in candidate:

Expert knowledge of HTML and CSS
Expert knowledge of JavaScript
Experience in lay-outing "liquid" and fixed designs
Knowledge of all major browser specifics in regard to HTML rendering
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
Knowledge of LAMP platform is advantage

Primary responsibilities are:

Handling customer business process analysis, requirements gathering, and specification development.
Account and project management for selected clients.

BA should be able to get insight into customer requirements both by analyzing existing requirements specifications and by performing ground-zero business analysis. For achieving that he or she should be familiar with software specification standards and conducting business process analysis. BA should have sufficient experience in project management and account handling. He or she should have strong business sense and be able to conduct sales, deliver presentations and generally focus on profitable performance.

Highly developed communication skills
Good business process analysis experience
Good software specification writing experience
Experience in project management

Graphic Designers

Primary responsibilities are:

Web Designer is responsible for creating attractive graphics for dynamic websites and web applications.
