Technologically and visually advanced website for the modern loft project in the center of Moscow.

  • Objective

    Loftec is about lofts in an ultra-modern, conceptual implementation. We’ve been given a task to develop interactive communication that is capable of conveying the project’s philosophy and attributes precisely.

  • Solution

    To communicate Loftec’s technological personality we’ve developed an understated and minimalistic visual language with a focus to functional features and rich content. To emphasize the product’s techno look and feel we’ve turned to the cutting-edge front-end implementation, including WebGL-based brand core presentation on the home page. The website offers elaborate and extensive contents about the building, location, room design, and commercial offers.

We’ve designed an immersive interactive study about what constitutes Loftec using WebGL to match the brand’s advanced and technology-oriented personality.

The home page examines Loftec’s brand attributes using understated visual tones yet advanced animation and rich content.

Interactive floor plans and filter-based apartment search offers the clients a comprehensive way to find the best match to their tastes. The tools are carefully written into Loftec’s minimalistic visual language.

Loftec’s rich offering is well described and elaborated with various presentations and galleries.

Highly photo-realistic product visualizations are given a prominent place on the website’s pages.

The building’s location in the Moscow’s very center is one of the main product’s advantages. We have designed a set of promo pages about the area history, and an interactive map of surrounding’s with the POIs to tell about the amenities.
